While hair is wet twist some hair from the side up and pin (this is the hardest part).

 Then braid small sections on the top and let dry

 When dry (she slept with her hair like this so it was easy in the morning) take out the braids and finger brush. Don't brush or the hair will go frizzy. The braids will leave cute crimped sections,
